This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from M-Oceans, and applies to all orders placed with us. It is written to comply with applicable Canadian and U.S. consumer protection law, depending on your region of purchase.
By placing an order with M-Oceans, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging;
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included;
- You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Products returned outside this period may not be accepted unless required by law.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and logistical reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped:
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items
- Perishable, flammable, or hazardous goods
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or a product is not as described, contact us promptly after delivery and within the 30-day return window. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos
If the item is no longer available, we'll offer a refund or store credit.
A fault that develops later, during normal use, is handled under our Warranty Policy rather than as a return.
5. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law:
- Canadian customers: the Consumer Protection Act of your province or territory, and applicable federal law.
- U.S. customers: applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
If an item is defective, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund even beyond the 30-day return window, where required by law.
