Create a new way of life on board and "forget" about sunburn! With the DECKTENT inflatable bimini you can enjoy sun protection on the entire deck of your boat. The DECKTENT can be set up within a few minutes. Inflate it, place it on deck at a suitable location and fix it in place. No need for a bimini pole or special brackets! Setting up a bimini has never been so easy!

Structure: The inflatable structure consists of an outer fabric made of DACRON 600 and an inner heat protection layer (Thermoretardent) made of PE and the tube made of TPU. The valves used are pressure relief valves that open when the pressure is too high. The complete structure can be separated from the inner hose by means of zippers, e.g. for cleaning purposes.

Assembly and disassembly: We recommend to inflate the inflatable air hoses with an electric pump (12V/220V) with high flow rate (> 400 l/minute) and integrated pressure gauge to 4.0 PSI/0.28 bar. A high-pressure pump of a surfboard/paddleboard may be used, but it will be inefficient due to the large air volume required. A suitable 12V pump with battery is available as an accessory.

Mounting: The DECKTENT is equipped with 2 height-adjustable straps on each leg. These can be attached to various fixed parts of the boat. It can remain mounted on deck at cruising speeds of up to 20 knots (if the boat structure allows).

Sun protection: The sunsail is made of Dacron 300D and offers UPF 30+ protection. Dacron is tear-resistant, windproof and water-repellent (not waterproof).
