M-Oceans accepts secure payment at checkout, with additional options such as e-Transfer and deposits for larger and special-order purchases.
Paying at checkout
Standard orders are paid securely at checkout. We accept:
- Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
- Express wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Interac e-Transfer
Shop Pay can be used to pay in full or in instalments, where eligible.
Large and freight orders
For high-value or freight orders, you can also pay by bank wire transfer. This is commonly preferred on larger purchases. Contact our team to arrange it and receive payment details before placing your order.
Deposits on special and pre-orders
Some products are ordered directly from the manufacturer or built to order. For these, we take a deposit to confirm your order and guarantee your spot in the manufacturer's production schedule. The balance is due before shipping or pickup. We'll confirm the deposit amount and terms with you when you order.
Secure checkout
All transactions stay secure and encrypted. Card payments are processed through our payment providers' encrypted systems, and M-Oceans does not see or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Financing
Prefer to spread the cost? For larger purchases, financing is arranged through our partner, POSPRO Financial; see our Financing page. At checkout, Shop Pay also offers a pay-in-instalments option on eligible orders.

How can I pay for my order?

Do you take deposits on special orders?
Yes. A deposit confirms your order and secures your place in the manufacturer's production schedule. The balance is due before shipping or pickup, and the amount is confirmed at the time of order.
